Your recent search history is stored in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

• Deliver alert notifications for properties you are watching
• Maintain and improve the service
• Understand how the site is used (via aggregate analytics)

Our reports draw on data from government and public sources (Brisbane City Council, QLD Government, ABS, QPS, ACARA, NBN Co, TransLink, OpenStreetMap). These are data inputs; we do not share your personal information with these sources.

Your data is stored in Australia. We use encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) for all connections between your browser and our servers. Passwords are encrypted by our authentication provider and are never stored in plain text.

8. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
• Reports: Cached to avoid regenerating identical reports. Older reports may be purged periodically.
• Search history (localStorage): Controlled entirely by you; cleared when you clear your browser data.
• Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
