Not what you needed?
If a report you bought from us is not what you needed, email us within 7 days of buying it and we will give you a full refund.
How to ask
Email support@propertyxray.com.au. Tell us the email address you paid with and the address of the home the report is for, so we can find your order.
Where the money goes
The refund goes back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
Your other rights
This policy is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. It does not replace them.
