Sellers move prices quietly, and portals reset the day counter on every relist. We watched every listing in the corridor daily through the fri 11 - wed 16 sep 2026 and kept the history. This page is the permanent record: who moved, by how much, and how long they had really been waiting. No opinions. Just the record.
One email every Friday: the complete list of the week's cuts, plus the Deadline Watch, the Off-Market Watch (homes you will not find advertised), and what to watch next week. The history the portals delete. Free.
This issue is out a day early because we are travelling this week. It covers four overnight sweeps: Thursday 10, Friday 11, Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 September. We do not sweep on weekends, so the numbers below cover six days, not a full week. Back to Fridays from 25 September.
A correction. Last week we told you 5 Scott Street, Deagon had sold. It has not. It is still for sale at Offers Over $759,000. Our record picked up a sale from 2006 and read it as this year’s. From this issue on, we only call a home sold when we hold the sale and its date.

105 Kennedy Terrace, Paddington: “Expression of Interest by 26 August” after 49 days.
155 Old Logan Village Road, Waterford: “Last Chance! $980,000+ by 2nd Sep 5pm” after 75 days.
81 Pinelands Road, Sunnybank Hills: “Best offer by 5/9/2026” after 38 days.
10 Volstead Road, Heritage Park: “Best Offers by 12th Sept” after 97 days.
Four of the advertisements still naming a closing date that has already gone. 10 Volstead Road ran here last week before its date, and nothing on the ad has moved since. 36 Pinnacle Circuit, Heathwood, last week’s MUST BE SOLD BY 15TH SEPTEMBER, is still advertised a day after that date.
5 Scott Street, Deagon (issue #005): Still for sale at Offers Over $759,000. Last week we wrongly told you it had sold. The note at the top explains.
68 Moreton Street, Boronia Heights (issue #004): The advertisement has read SOLD by The Jay Aston Team since 1 September. The sale is not on our record yet, so we will confirm it before we call it.
16 Flower Street, Woolloongabba (issue #009): Cut again on Tuesday night. Last week we showed it at $1.1m to $1.15m, and the advertisement now reads $1,070,000.
4 Autumnwood Court, Algester (issue #002): Under contract since 31 August, after 118 days advertised.
13K/107 Killarney Crescent, Capalaba (issue #007): Under contract as of Tuesday, 15 September.
83 Tahoe Street, Logan Reserve (issue #003): The boomerang. It came off the market in mid August, then came back on 7 September as a new listing, now going to auction.
46 Oxford Place, Fitzgibbon (issue #007): On 10 September the ask changed from Offers over $989,000 to a range of $950,000 to $1,050,000. Overnight the price came off altogether, and the advertisement now reads PRICE BY NEGOTIATION.
9 Petunia Crescent, Mount Cotton (issue #006): Its advertisement set an end date of 14 September. Two days later it is still up, with the same end date on it.
22 Olympia Street, Marsden (issue #006): Off the market since 9 September. Too soon to say whether it sold, so we wait the two weeks.
99 Begonia Street, Browns Plains (issue #008): The boomerang. Off the market on 8 September, then back on 15 September as a brand new listing, with no price.
All twelve homes from last week are still on the market. One has cut again: 16 Flower Street, Woolloongabba. And 3A Leyton Street, Birkdale took its price off on Tuesday night and now says Contact agent. Three of this week’s twelve took their price off before coming back lower.
Every Friday we predict next week's market, then grade last week's predictions right here. Every number comes from Property X-Ray's own tracking data.
Nothing graded this week. Last week’s two predictions are about the week ending Thursday 17 September, which has not finished yet, so we grade them in issue 11. These two new ones cover the same week. The 43 of 244 in the first one is last week, 4 to 10 September, counted again on Tuesday. We printed 241 for that week. This issue’s six days have 46 townhouses in 257 cuts.
We wait two weeks before we call a home withdrawn, because most that vanish are back within days. Four left between 30 August and 1 September and have stayed gone. None has sold, none is back, and none went to rent. Some are below, the rest are in the email, and one that did come back is here too.
