Every Friday we predict next week's market, then grade last week's predictions right here. Every number comes from Property X-Ray's own tracking data.
Two graded this week, both of issue 14’s calls, about the week of 16 to 22 October. The count fell below the band, and Redland Bay held first. The two new ones are about the week that started today, Friday 23 October to Thursday 29 October, and we grade them in issue 16.
We wait two weeks before we call a home withdrawn, because most that vanish are back within days. Our check on the homes that left between 2 and 8 October is running behind, so these come from the 61 we called withdrawn last week. Some of them are below, the rest went to subscribers, and one that came back for less is here too.
