The featured board - every deal, until its story ends

42 Paul Dr, Regents Park (issue #002): SOLD, and a correction: issue 4 reported this one withdrawn on 22 July. The sold feed has since confirmed it actually SOLD that day. Our first graduate, one issue late.

2/25 Maywood St, Loganlea (issue #004, our pick of the week): cut AGAIN, now offers over $725,000. Third trim of the campaign.

9 Reign St, Slacks Creek (issue #003): cut again to $800,000 flat, day 72 of the campaign.

32-36 Gleeson St, New Beith (issue #004): 104 days on and now guiding $1.6m to $1.7m. The long game continues.

The wild stat from this week's re-check: every single one of issue 4's twelve picks has cut its price AGAIN since we featured it. Twelve for twelve. When the Radar catches a vendor mid-slide, the slide tends to keep going.

How this works (and why you can check everything)

  1. We watch every listing in the corridor daily and keep the price history the portals overwrite. When an asking price moves or a listing sits long, it shows up here.
  2. Facts only. Every number above is from the public listing record as observed that week.
  3. The free X-Ray is the homework. A cheap-looking price sometimes has a reason: flood, easements, covenants, what's approved next door. Our free report covers all of it for any QLD address.
  4. Nothing here is advice. We show the record. What it means for you is your call, or your professional adviser's.
